Recognized by Crain’s Detroit Business as a 40 under 40 honoree for her work launching the Detroit Parks Coalition, Sigal has worked in the nonprofit and philanthropic sector for 13 years. Her work focuses on improving quality of life and has spanned grantmaking, facilitation, and organizational development. Prior to her appointment with the Detroit Parks Coalition, she served as executive director of the Jewish Women’s Foundation of Metropolitan Detroit and a program officer with the Fred A. and Barbara M. Erb Family Foundation. Sigal is an MBA graduate from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

Yvette Pullom-Bass is a native Detroiter and a graduate of Wayne State University where she received a BSW and MSW with concentrations in Community Development and Leadership. Prior to DPC, Yvette spent six years working with the Chandler Park Conservancy where she contributed to the fundraising, capital development, and programming development and implementation. Yvette learned how to play the sport of lacrosse at Chandler Park and now coaches with the Detroit Youth Lacrosse program.

Ian Solomon is a visual artist and journalist born and raised in Detroit/Detroit-Metro. As the founder of Amplify Outside—a Detroit based organization aiming to increase representation, access and infrastructure for Black Michiganders seeking outdoor recreation—Ian uses his deep admiration for the outdoors and digital media skills to encourage his community to get outside.

Rob is a lifelong Michigander and Metro Detroit resident. He received a BA in Journalism from Wayne State University, worked in youth development at the Detroit Food Academy, and was a Project Coordinator with the Friends of Rouge Park. Rob is a lover of natural spaces and an avid birdwatcher.
